Since the original owner of Dino's Seafood, Dino Balderelli, established business in North Haven, CT, in 1967, family has been the key ingredient.

 

In fact, owner, Bob Fritz, took a second job in 1976 to work with Dino as a line cook to help pay for his sons' private educations. And then, some 20-years ago, when Dino decided to retire, he took over the business because of the affinity he felt for everyone who worked there,  not to mention for how the food was made, for what it brought to his life, and for the joy it gave to the restaurant's extended family -- the guests.    

 

His son, Chris, the current owner, has never given less than one-hundred percent to provide good old-fashioned seafood in tandem with an experience beaming in gratitude for family.

 

Chris and his team members work hard to offer food that invites the community to gather together and to connect.

 

For the proud and grateful Dino's Seafood team, the goal of every burger flip, lobster bake, or clam-strip fry is to bring an authentic smile of satisfaction to faces and hearts.
